(pictured left, Michael Vick and Donovan McNabb at Vicks first week of practice with the Eagles)Shrewd business deal, or, misplaced priorities?

We all stood and watched and listened to the Eagles pre-season game last week against the N.E. Patriots as they announced that the Eagles organization had signed convicted dog killer (actually the conviction was for tax evasion) ex-Atlanta Falcon QB Michael Vick. Emotions ran from shocking surprise to denial to, at least for a few, a solid business investment and an experienced palyer that may help the Ealges chances of getting back to the SuperBowl.

Let's hear your take - we've had a week to digest it. We've had a weak for our stomachs to settle. It could turn out to be the deal of century for the SuperBowl-starved fans of the Philadelphia Eagles, or, the worst PR move since Dennis Miller on Monday Night Football.
Some Eagle fans love the move, call it a "no-brainer". Others are distruaght over the move, calling it a "no-brainer". Whatever your position, drop us a comment - we've love to hear it.
This is a story that will never go away, it may subside a bit, but bet you bottom dollar, as long A Vick own an address in Philadelphia, he will be the talk of the town. Hopefully he won't get kicked out of town.
Is this about second chances or misguided intentions? Only Vick holds the key to that. Remember the hit "Flying" Brian Dawkins put on Vick during our NFC Champsionship game 4 years ago? We reveled as Vick's body crumbled into a heaping mass. Well since then (and 23 months in federal prison) he has dusted himself off, make contritions for his crimes, and asked the league to reinstate him and allow him to do what's always his 1st love.
Football.
So let's play football.
And let the chips fall where they may.
What say you Philly fans?
